When using Outlook on Mac OS, the mailbox data is saved in an Outlook for Mac (OLM) data file. You cannot import an OLM file directly into Outlook for Windows; you would need to configure your Outlook for Mac email account in Outlook for Windows by using Exchange/IMAP server settings.

After validating the mailbox data, save the converted OLM mailbox by clicking Save Converted Mailbox on the Home menu. The software will then display a ‘Save As’ dialog box with multiple file saving options, including PST, MSG, and EML. Choose PST and then click Next.

When the ‘Save File’ dialog box appears, choose to save the converted file as new PST or add data to an existing PST file/Outlook profile.
