Hupac Intermodal SA Terminal Chiasso General Conditions of Contract (GCC)

Customers’ relationships with Hupac Intermodal SA are governed by these General Conditions of Contract (GCC) regarding the services provided by Hupac Intermodal SA in its terminal.

1.2 The terms outlined in the Contract will take precedence over those outlined in this GCC in case of a conflict between the two.

Services

According to this Contract, terminal services include Erotische Massage, but are not limited to, the following where required:

Handling the loading and unloading of trains

Handling the loading and unloading of ITUs from the wagon to the lorry and back again

Technical stop for the incoming ITUs on their way to the terminal (not in an ADR/RID state) governed by the fees system

Administrative management of trains, such as issuing consignment notes, train documents, and other documents.

The customer is responsible for adhering to the terminal users’ rules of behavior established by Hupac Intermodal SA, which the customer declares to have read and entirely approved, to take advantage of the services.

Modalities to provide terminal services: ITUs acceptance at the terminal

The customer must provide Hupac Intermodal SA with specific modalities regarding the kind and weight of the goods contained in the ITU before its introduction into the terminal. Before arranging the administrations, Hupac Multi-purpose SA saves the option to dismiss ITUs inconsistent with the security rules. After that, Hupac Intermodal SA will issue a delivery order valid for accepting the ITUs when signed by the customer or its appointed representative. When the ITU is brought into the terminal and checked following the guidelines in the first part of the Escort Chiasso item, Hupac Intermodal SA is not responsible for any damages, tampering, or other effects that cannot be detected.

The customer releases Hupac Intermodal SA from any liability for the goods contained in the ITU and any damages that may have occurred during transportation upon acceptance of the ITU.

Modalities to provide terminal services: Delivery of ITUs

Hupac Intermodal SA will deliver ITUs to the customer or the customer’s representative who has been authorized to do so in writing to pick them up and is under no obligation to violate any of the obligations outlined about Sex in Thun General Conditions of Contract or any other contracts stipulated separately.

Hupac Intermodal SA will issue a collection notice that the customer or its representative signs and receives a copy of after an ITU is delivered. Upon redelivery to the customer or the customer’s representative, the collection notice’s description of the ITU complies with the ITU’s conditions.

Conclusion

Execution of the services that Hupac Intermodal SA will not assume any responsibilities regarding the time required to perform the services unless the parties have agreed otherwise in written agreements signed by both parties. As a result, it will not be held accountable for any losses resulting from Hupac Intermodal SA’s processing time.

Hupac Intermodal SA will be permitted to use services provided by third parties when providing services. Hupac Intermodal SA will adhere to the regular opening hours.
