Plot of High Rise Invasion Season 2

The first season of High-Rise Invasion ends successfully without the protection of Yuri and his teammates Mamoru Aikawa. Yuri broke the swimming mask before shutting down Great Angel’s abilities and bringing him closer to God with his new unlimited managerial abilities.

As a result, Mamuro realizes that Reika and Yuri are siblings, and when Mamuro contacts them, they finally respond. Yuri announces at the end of the episode that she will find her brother and destroy this terrible place.

High Rise Invasion Season One Recap

After avoiding some very close calls when entering the High Rise circle, Yuri manages to ally himself with Miko, a high school student wielding a knife. Throughout the season, Yuri aims to reunite with his brother Reika, while the killer tries to avoid those who wear brain-controlling masks. By befriending others trapped in the world, and by defeating the many masked ones, Yuri finally discovered that there is a lack of God in the world, and the closer you become to God, the more power and influence you have.

Reika, meanwhile, was also searching for her sibling, but after some confrontation and revelations, she became a prisoner of Mamoru Aikawa, the most influential adversary we have ever seen. Using the mask’s ability to control, Aikawa manipulates the mask from the Great Angel to attack Yuri and his friends, resulting in the deaths of Kozuma Ohara and the swimmer mask.

Kuon Shinzaki is one of the closest candidates to becoming a god and has incredible power to control the giant rail guns inside the city. She managed to attach herself to the sniper mask, and as the pair got closer, Cowan fell in love with the sniper.

Sniper Mask is on a journey to rediscover its identity. With Kuon’s help, Sniper Mask learned his real name, Yu Makoto. He also knows that he has a close relationship with Reika, and hopes that their next encounter will reveal more about himself.
